Manchester Central is pleased to announce that it is expanding its team of Casual General Kitchen Assistants at the Runway Visitor Park.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring food items are prepared for service as per specification and at the correct time
- Continuously adhere to food hygiene regulations
- Ensure all foods are stored correctly in the dry stores and fridges as per hygiene regulations
- Washing, drying and storing of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc
- General daily and deep cleaning of the kitchen
The ideal candidate will have:
- Basic food preparation skills
- Good listening and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow policies and procedures as directed
- Ability to work under pressure
You must:
- Be an excellent team player
- Be pro-active and committed to delivering high standards in a fast moving and challenging environment.
This role is being advertised on a contract for services basis with hours being offered in line with business needs.
