QHSE Manager

We have an exiting opportunity for an experienced QHSE manager to join out team at the city’s most iconic venues.

Reporting directly to Director of Facilities Management & Infrastructure, this role is working on a full time, permanent basis.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the QHSE function to both event and venue related activity, looking to continuously improve our QHSE standards.
  • Being responsible for the oversight of implementation and development of all QHSE management systems, policies and procedures, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up to date and reflect our processes.
  • Being responsible for the implementation of the businesses ISO quality standards (9001, 14001, 45001), leading on the internal audit programme, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are set and communicated appropriately.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to use appropriate initiative and judgement in a way that delivers practical, business led QHSE solutions.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate and working towards NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent with demonstrable CPD and a member of IOSH.
  • Ability to formulate and implement strategy for health safety and environmental.

You must:

  • Have a thorough understanding and working experience of ISO standards.
  • Have sound knowledge and experience of QHSE processes.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
