The Manchester Central Team were recognised as ‘Best Operations Team – Venues’ at this year’s virtual Conference Awards.
The judges noted the team’s commitment to providing an exceptional service, their strong team spirit and values, alongside the many examples of working together to do things differently, as just some of the reasons for the accolade.
Collectively the venue’s Operations Team bring a wealth of experience to Manchester Central; with over 100 years’ experience in planning, managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of events. The team continues to demonstrate exceptional commitment to placing clients at the heart of everything that they do; successfully collaborating with clients and the wider venue team to deliver over 144 outstanding events in 2019.
Client feedback has also reflected the outstanding levels of customer service delivered by the team, seeing them score over 92% customer satisfaction across the board!
