With over 15 years experience in the sector spanning luxury bars and fine dining restaurants, Charlotte previously held the General Manager role at Three Little Words which, during her tenure, was awarded ‘Bar Team of the Year’ by the prestigious Top 50 Cocktail Bars ratings.

She has also worked with acclaimed restaurant Tattu and hospitality venture, Tokyo Industries, in Assistant and General Manager positions.

In addition to the appointment of Charlotte, Junction is also currently interviewing for its Head Chef position, to be announced in the coming weeks.

The announcements lead the recruitment phase of the new hospitality venue, which will see over 30 team members join the venue including an Assistant Manager, Bar Manager, Supervisors, Chefs and Kitchen teams.

Construction for the brand-new bar, restaurant, cafe and social workspace located at the front of the iconic events venue is already well underway, with doors set to open this coming Spring.

Open to the public as well as delegates attending events at the venue, Junction is billed as a place to eat, drink, meet or relax, with spectacular floor to ceiling windows providing views looking out over the city.

Championing local produce, suppliers and sustainable practices, the café, bar and restaurant will serve coffee, breakfast and lunch during the day, transforming into an intimate space in the evening for post-work drinks, cocktails and dinner. A unique addition to the Petersfield area of the city centre, Junction will also provide a new open and informal workspace for busy professionals, freelancers or remote workers.

Charlotte O’Neill, General Manager, said, “I am hugely excited to have joined Manchester Central and lead the opening of its unique and exciting concept, Junction.

“There is currently nothing like this venue on this side of the city. It will be a home-from-home not only for working professionals looking to informally network and connect with colleagues, but also for tourists and shoppers looking for somewhere to come for a bite to eat, a relaxing drink or to catch up with friends.”

“The venue will be a brilliant addition to Manchester and we can’t wait to open our doors.”

Launching in Spring, Junction’s official launch date will be announced in the coming months. Customers can sign up to receive the latest news and offers from the venue at www.junctionmanchester.com
