Led by our Executive Chef, Matt Hagan, our team of in-house chefs share a passion for quality, local ingredients, driving them to create exceptional culinary experiences for all of our clients and delegates.
As part of our Open House event, we wanted to give you an opportunity to see the team in action as they prepare a selection of their favourite dishes including plenty of samples for you to taste!
Our chefs will be joined by Dan Whitmore, from our produce supplier Wellocks, who will discuss the provenance of the produce being used in the dishes.
