Central
Central Hall is the most famous part of Manchester Central’s building. Formerly Manchester Central Train Station, the hall was lovingly repaired and restored to become a premier exhibition hall. Further investment has transformed the hall into a multi-purpose space, with tiered auditoriums now regularly constructed in the hall to accommodate up to 3000 delegates. It also provides a back drop for a number of large public events in Manchester, like the Midnight Walk and Shine.
The pillar-free and naturally lit Central Hall can be subdivided into two smaller halls. Access is through Central Foyer, a new addition to the building which created an impressive frontage and contains six separate meeting rooms which can be flexibly used in a number of combinations.
