For every exhibition or trade show, the Manchester Central Hospitality team will liaise with an organiser to come up with the best catering offer for visitors to the event. The product range comprises two aspects of offer: a core range and an additional range.

The core range includes all coffee shop essentials including a wide range of Costa coffees, teas and herbal infusions, grab and go sandwiches and wraps, crisps, confectionary and a range of soft drinks, juices and mineral waters.

The additional range can vary according to the type of show, availability of seating, customer profile, and other factors which can be taken into consideration. The additional range can include breakfast items such as bacon rolls or Full English breakfasts, hand-made sandwiches, a deli counter with salamis and cold meats and cheese, fresh soups and bread, hot food buffets and even ice-cream!

Manchester Central Hospitality will analyse a event’s requirements and recommend the size and number of service points required, strategically placing the catering facilities to best suit exhibitors and visitors alike.
