Charter Suite

The Charter Suite rooms can be used individually or in combination to provide flexible solutions for corporate events, either connected to large-scale events and conferences or as stand-alone facilities

Details

The Charter Suite has four meeting rooms all with dimmable room lighting, full black-out facilities and air-conditioning. Charter Room 4 has 32-amp three phase power. The rooms provide between 225m² and 415m² of space when used separately. Charter Rooms 2 and 3 can be combined to create a 526m² room taking 500 theatre style, and Charter Rooms 1, 2 and 3 together form a 951m² room taking 800 delegates. In total, the four rooms can take 1090 theatre style, 620 for banquet rounds of 10, and 360 cabaret. It can be combined with The Gallery, and access is through Charter Foyer.
